Will I receive proof of my custom-printed tape before production?

Absolutely. Once you submit your logo or artwork, our design team will create a digital proof for your approval. We proceed with production and begin the plate-making process only after you approve the final layout. We’ll reach out immediately if we require any clarification or a higher-quality file for your printed tape.

What are your lead times?

Our standard production and shipping lead time is 11 to 12 weeks from date of order confirmation. We recommend placing orders in advance - especially for recurring or large-volume printed packing tape needs to avoid running out of tape.

Can I get a continuous print on my tape?

Yes, we offer full-length continuous printing. This requires a custom seamless printing gravure cylinder, which our team will create based on your approved artwork.

Can I submit my own print template?

We don't offer templates for external use. Our in-house design team is highly experienced with the technical specs of our custom printed PP tape printing process. They will create a print-ready proof tailored to your design needs and ensure compatibility with our machinery.

What resolution should my artwork be?

For best results, we recommend submitting artwork at 600 DPI or higher resolution's PDF or CDR files. While we can work with 300 DPI files, lower resolutions may lead to jagged edges or pixelation in the final printed sealing tape. Any quality concerns will be flagged during the proofing stage, and we’ll request a higher-resolution file if needed.

Do you offer reordering support?

Yes! We keep detailed order records and plate data for repeat customers, which makes reordering custom printed self adhesive tape seamless. Just reference your previous order, and we’ll quickly get it back into production.
